The loop-less direct-feed design will fit into tight spaces.
- The loop-free design and direct drive have enabled a small installation footprint. Enables the feed of thick materials even in small spaces.
- The work roll access feature is actuated by a one-touch pushbutton operation.
- Enables stable feeding to the end of the coil and keeps coil tension loss to a minimum. Even thick coil materials can be rewound. No coil holder is used during line operation, so there is no meandering or scratches.
- Equipped with a shared operation display (HMI) that only a press manufacturer could provide. The press HMI can be used to view feeder operation information and to change feeder settings.
- A zigzag feed function that optimizes material yields is also available.
Capacity Range
Models that accommodate 400 mm and 600 mm material widths are available. Only a single uncoiler is offered.
