An advanced machine with superior rigidity.
- An advanced machine for handling large coils, its superior rigidity is comparable to the rigidity of the press. Semi-automatic threading enables the automatic threading of coil material from the uncoiler up to the die.
- The release position is set automatically. Since the feed roll travel distance is minimal, it greatly reduces vibration and noise at the time of release.
- Equipped with a shared operation display (HMI) that only a press manufacturer could provide. The press HMI can be used to view feeder operation information and to change feeder settings.
- The work rolls can be accessed via a simple 10-minute manual procedure, making them easy to clean.
- A zigzag feed function that optimizes material yields is also available.
Capacity Range
Models that accommodate 400 mm, 600 mm, and 800 mm material widths are available. You can select between single and double uncoiler units.
