Our major customers are in automotive-related industries, and thus we have been actively expanding our business globally since the 1970s. We have manufacturing sites strategically located in Europe, the United States, Asia, and Japan, as well as sales and service centers around the world and in Japan.

Production Facilities:Aiming to Establish Optimized Production Locations and Procurement Networks

The demand for presses fluctuates greatly, and in many cases the utilization ratios will differ between production locations.
In an attempt to compensate for such fluctuations, AIDA concentrates the manufacturing of critical functional components that affect the quality of machines within its Japan facilities, and then supplies these components to its overseas manufacturing facilities, where they are incorporated into the major structural components that are locally manufactured and assembled for local delivery.
Moreover, each manufacturing facility around the world also produces specific custom and/or general-purpose press models.
This enables AIDA to achieve stable utilization ratios, which translates into enhanced production efficiencies, lower costs, and shorter deliveries.

Generally speaking, custom machines, general-purpose machines, and automated machines (electronic control devices and automated feeders for presses) are manufactured in Japan, general-purpose machines are manufactured in China and Malaysia, and custom machines are manufactured in the US and Italy.

Sales and Service Centers: First-Class Engineers Ensure Higher Customer Satisfaction

Our sales and service centers strive to provide customer-oriented services to our major customers. Every AIDA product is so unique and different that it is difficult for non-AIDA service personnel to understand the detailed differences in the specifications, and thus every service center is under the direct control of AIDA. By directly dispatching experienced and skilled AIDA personnel, AIDA is expanding its high-quality service and is working hard to increase customer satisfaction and expand profitability.
