Opening New Horizons in Forming Systems

Under the banner of "Opening New Horizons in Forming Systems," at this exhibition we will showcase high-speed material handling using our high-speed SAT-M transfer robots and high-speed ARB articulated robots, as well as do live battery case forming demos using our dedicated DPH-80-30 Former.
We will also showcase a new AiCARE-based die maintenance solution that utilizes AI and RFID.

SAT-M　High-Speed Transfer Robots
ARB　High-Speed Articulated Joint Robots

These incorporate newly developed drive mechanisms and synchronization control systems to achieve high-speed transfer capabilities that enable high-precision synchronization with C-frame presses.
These robots have achieved a line takt time of min^-1 for direct press-to-press conveyance (transfer pitch: 1800mm).

A Dedicated Machine for Forming Rectangular Battery Cases　DPH-80-30

Multi-stage 'assisted draw-forming' significantly reduces the number of forming stages compared to press metalforming. Enables the production of compact and environmentally friendly rectangular battery cases.

We will form battery cases using a new high-speed transfer robot and a DPH-80-30 Former.

[Exhibiting A Wide Array of Forming Samples]

We will be exhibiting numerous sample products formed using a wide array of AIDA presses with their superior technologies.
We also plan to exhibit samples formed using our high-precision presses, servo presses, and high-speed presses, etc. Onsite consultations are also available.
