A Dedicated Machine for Forming Rectangular Battery CasesDPH-80-30

The DPH-80-30 Former uses a new mechanism to significantly reduce the number of forming stages compared to conventional press metalforming, making it possible to produce compact and environmentally friendly rectangular battery cases. Please visit our booth to learn more.

A Dedicated Machine for Forming Cylindrical Battery CasesDIS-1600

Live forming demonstrations of cylindrical battery cases using a DIS-1600 Former.
You will also be able to see the downstream product packaging stage and a collaborative robot that picks up and moves the packaged products.

We will do live forming demonstrations of rectangular and cylindrical battery cases using a DPH-80-30 Former and a DIS-1600 Former.
For the demo times, please refer to the schedule posted at AIDA's booth.

[Exhibiting A Wide Array of Forming Samples]

We will be exhibiting numerous sample products formed using a wide array of AIDA presses with their superior technologies.
In addition to exhibiting the rectangular and cylindrical battery cases formed in our live forming demonstrations, we are also planning to exhibit sample products formed using AIDA high-precision presses, servo presses, and high-speed presses. Onsite consultations are also available.
