A highly rigid, high-precision basic machine that provides superior basic performance.
- The soft touch of link motion (optional) keeps die heat generation to a minimum, and the long restriking time and quick return action assures stable product quality.
- The total clearance is even smaller than the JIS Crank Press Grade 1 specification. Reduces noise and the minimal breakthrough extends die life.
- Optimal for medium and large panel forming and deep draw applications. Suited for fully automatic tandem line systems as well as for single-strike forming.
Capacity Range
Standard Specification range from 2000 kN to 5000 kN. Large-size presses are treated individually.
