As our major customers are in automotive-related industries, we have been actively expanding our business globally since the 1970s. We have manufacturing bases strategically located around the world in Europe, the US, Asia, and Japan, as well as sales and service centers in more than 35 cities in 17 countries including Japan.
The demand for presses often fluctuates, thus there are always variances in the capacity utilization ratios at each production facility. In an attempt to offset this variance, AIDA concentrates the manufacturing of important functional components that can affect the quality of the machine in its domestic factories, and supplies them to overseas manufacturing facilities. Major structural components are manufactured at the facility closest to the delivery area. Moreover, each manufacturing facility worldwide produces specific custom and/or general-purpose press models. We can thereby allocate and equalize the utilization ratios, which enables enhanced production efficiencies, reduced costs, and quicker deliveries.

Manufacturing Facilities: Custom machines, general-purpose machines, and automated machines (electronic control devices and automated feeders for presses) are manufactured in Japan, general-purpose machines in China and Malaysia, and custom machines in the US and Italy.
Our sales and service centers provide customer-oriented services with the aim of strengthening our global marketing power. Every single AIDA product is so unique and different that outside service engineers are unable to address the needs which arise from these detailed specification differences. AIDA has direct control over all its service centers, and always directly dispatches its experienced and skilled service engineers and sales engineers. Higher customer satisfaction and profitability are attained by our continued efforts to provide first-class service operations.
